She has served as Chief Commercial Officer or President at five organizations—GoodRx, AbleTo, Capsule, Havas Life, and Practice Fusion—where she led transformative high-growth initiatives, scaled operations, and built durable revenue models across payers, providers, employers, and pharmaceutical partners.

Dorothy has worked extensively with venture- and private equity–backed companies, advising boards and investors on go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, and commercialization in complex, regulated markets. Her expertise spans strategic partnerships, B2B and B2C growth models, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable outcomes.
